- provide the clients with quality products and services
- maintain their contact details

- the products and services we provide or have provided to the clients and their pets
- our clients’ contact details
- our clients’ account details
How this information is used
We only disclose personal information about our clients for the purpose for which it was disclosed to us or related purposes which would reasonably be expected without their permission.
We do not sell information to other organisations
We may disclose personal information to other vets (eg. veterinary specialists) who provide services in connection with our products and services.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we hold is as accurate as possible. Our clients are able to contact us at any time and ask for its correction.

Credit Information
If a credit account is opened, then more personal client information may be required as part of the credit application process. This information may be more detailed than the personal information collected to identify and communicate with our clients, and may be passed on to a third party collection agency if needed to facilitate collection of a debt. The entering into a credit account arrangement acknowledges the right of our practice (and gives consent to the practice) to pass personal client information to a third party collection agency.
