Levi presented to the NWVC last week when her family noticed a facial swelling just below her eye. A thorough physical examination, alongside an oral exam revealed a broken tooth AND a tooth root abscess! Ouch!
Levi was admitted for surgery the very next day to remove the broken tooth and flush the abscess. Levi went home that evening with a prescribed course of antibiotics and TLC – We are pleased to report she has made a remarkable recovery!
